The Global Alliance of Church Multiplication predicts that up to 70% of churches planted worldwide will FAIL within the first year.
And of the nearly 2.2 million pastors currently ministering worldwide,
only 5% of them are trained for pastoral ministry.
That means more than 2 million pastors need immediate equipping.
These pastors not only need to grow in their Bible knowledge, they also need to be shepherded.
Such an investment pays huge dividends as we see these faithful servants begin to
not only teach and preach, but also shepherd their flocks well.
